Dr. Noor Jihan Abdul-Haqq Dr. Noor Jihan Abdul-Haqq obtained her medical degree from the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, where she also completed her residency focusing on pediatric medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and National Medical Association. She joined Decatur Pediatric Group, P.A. in September 2011.
