REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you have submitted a credit card payment through our web site and require a refund, please contact our practice. Our practice will typically refund the credit card directly. In the event that the payment is older than 60 days or that the credit card is no longer available, you must contact our practice to receive a credit or refund check.
